The Iraqi Society for Higher Education Abroad, would like to express the deepest condolences for the loss of Prof. Ali Al-Attar, Vice President of Basrah University.
Dr. Alattar was outstanding scientist, administrator and educator. May Allah bless his spirit with mercy and forgiveness.
